Not sure what to order for your first week? Here is a suggested combination of products. Kick off your CSA year by ordering some of the basics, such as honey, butter and oats, which you can use to make a delicious morning meal. Use some of the eggs to make a homemade mayo (recipe below) and pair with our sliced honey maple ham, parsley and mesclun salad mix. Snack on the ever delicious Yakon tuber. Try a stir fry dinner with the carrots, shallots, dino kale and pork stir fry. Have fun!

Homemade Mayo: 

Ingredients: 

1 egg

2 tsp apple cider vinegar (We promise we will show you how to make some of this in the fall!)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp stone ground mustard

3/4 cup avocado oil

Directions: 

  1. Combine egg yolk, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in medium bowl. Blend using an immersion blender or whisk.
  2. Blending or whisking constantly, add avocado oil to yolk mixture, very slowly until desired consistancy
  3. Add lemon juice to taste
